Wabi Sabi Care is always looking for support workers. These may be cleaners, community engagement supports or outdoor activity guides or ideally a combination of all Wabi Care Services.
The relationship between the Wabi Sabi Care support worker and client is the most valued connection in our company’s philosophy. Ideally both parties enjoy each other’s company and being together. This relationship develops with patience over time and consistency of care patterns.
We aim to match the right client with the right support worker.
If you have experience or qualifications working in care or disability support, counselling, psychology, or any other allied health background these will be a tremendous benefit to you, Wabi Sabi Care, and our clients, however it is not necessary to FIND A ROLE WITH US.
We are looking for empathetic, non-judgemental, calm, and easy-going people, who can provide continuity & consistency to our clients.
Positions are open to all work-eligible visa holders, students and mature applicants. A car or driver's licence is a plus.
Training will be fully provided with  online resources access. 24 hour support from experienced senior Wabi Sabi Care managers
